Linda Toumpas attended Plymouth State College. She worked at United Life and Accident Insurance Company, later known as Chubb Life, where she served as a Meeting Planner planning company meetings and incentive conferences around the world for Chubb Life and Chubb Life Securities Companies. Linda was a member of the Insurance Conference Planners Association (ICP) where earned the designation of Certified Meeting Planner. Linda has been on the Board of Directors for First Night Concord New Hampshire, served as an officer of the Emerson Preschool in Concord, as well as numerous volunteer positions with United Way of Greater Concord, Concord Community Players, St. John Regional School, and St. Theresa Parish. Linda has deep roots in New Hampshire, as her ancestor, John Dam, arrived in Dover in 1623 and the garrison house he built for his son in 1675 is at the Woodman Institute in Dover. Linda has been a Trustee of the Rannie Webster Foundation since 2016.
