When it became time for us to downsize, we knew we wanted a new home where we would be happy—a home that was comfortable, secure and most importantly, carefree. We wanted the freedom to come and go, we wanted activities that would keep our minds sharp and our bodies active; we wanted to be around people who are welcoming and friendly; and we wanted to be centrally located.
