James R. Tollner of Nashua, NH is the Director of Business Development for CGI Business Solutions. Jim was formerly the Director of Account Management for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. He was appointed to the Nashua Police Commission by then Gov Maggie Hassan (2016) and re-appointed by Gov John Sununu (2108 and 2022) serving as its chairman since 2016. Jim joined The Huntington at Nashua Board of Trustees in 2009 (he was named Chair in June 2021) he also serves on the Silverstone Living Board of Directors. Jim serves on the Nashua Housing and Redevelopment Authority presently serving as its chairman. He also is a member of the Friends of Hillsborough County Drug Court.

Jim has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Nashua and the Adult Learning Center. He served on the NH Health Services Planning and Review board having been appointed by then Gov John Lynch. Mr. Tollner also served as an Alderman for City of Nashua for 14 years as an elected member.
